What we focus on is always “people.” Our corporate mission is to “Enrich people’s lives and contribute to making the world a better place by creating products and services that represent the 21st century.” At the heart of this mission are people, as well as society and enterprise, which form the foundation of people’s lives. The original corporate mission of MCJ when it was established was “to always be closely connected with users, like a mouse that connects a user with a computer.” As you can see, “people” were also central to this original mission.

Some may view the IT devices and services business as inorganic, as “objects” and “things.” However, it is people who use these IT devices and services. Therefore, we see ourselves as an organization dedicated to delivering a great user experience, inspiration, and happiness through the products and services we provide. As the connection between people becomes less intimate and society becomes more monochromatic, we believe there will be a greater craving for “stimulating” products and services.

In a world increasingly filled with material objects, if we want to provide inspiration and happiness through our products and services, we must keep in mind both the “innovativeness” of our products and “being as it is,” such as being human. We are committed to doing things others won’t be willing to do. We want to exceed the expectations of society and employees who are part of our company and stimulate the emotions of people by creating outstanding products and services beyond imagination. The reason for MCJ’s existence as an organization is to create products and services that “exceed expectations” and to “set new standards.” We will continue to provide products and services that “exceed expectations” for the “people.”
