Basic Policy

In disclosing corporate information on the Company, we strive to provide accurate information in a timely, impartial, and proactive manner to shareholders and other individual investors, institutional investors, and analysts. In doing so, we hope to help foster a deeper understanding of the Company and create an opportunity for the opinions of our shareholders and investors to be reflected in our business management.

Information Disclosure

1. Basic Method of Information Disclosure

The Company shall properly disclose information in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and other relevant laws and regulations. In addition, with regard to those items for which the rules on timely disclosure apply on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Company shall, upon registering on TDnet as provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, promptly provide that information to the relevant media organizations and publish it on the Company website.

2. Undisclosed Material Facts

Information presented at meetings with securities analysts and institutional investors held by the Company is limited to information already disclosed in financial statements and other documents, publicly known facts, and facts concerning the general business environment and other similar matters. The Company will not refer to undisclosed material facts.

Performance Forecast

The contents of any documents, email newsletters and the Company website as published by the Company may contain information on current plans, outlooks, and strategies; however, these are simply forecasts based on information available at the time of release and are not guaranteed outcomes. The Company does not support any performance forecasts provided by third parties.

Self-Imposed Quiet Period

In order to prevent leaks of financial information and to ensure impartiality, the Company has designated the period from two weeks prior to the scheduled release date of our quarterly financial reports to the actual release date of the report as a period of self-imposed quiet in terms of investor relations type releases and activities. During this period, we will refrain from making any comment regarding performance forecasts or outlooks.
