    Collection of product information and market trends from the consumer-side by having wide range of customer contacts and having in-house support system including a store network of about 80 stores nationwide and a call center operating 24/7

  • Adjustability

    By having the end to end value chain as a group, we can have high adjustability with regard to all aspects of product development・sales・after sales support.

    Utilizing the ability to collect information stated above, enable us to turn the loop of “Product Design → Development/Manufacturing → Sales” with speed

    The two points above combined lead to strengthening of our development capabilities (Speedy share of the collected information to the product development, selling products on our own store network, etc.)
