Dividend payment policy
The Company considers the enhancement of shareholder returns as one of its important management issues, and upholds the policy of performance-based dividend payment in accordance with the Company’s business performance, aiming for a total payout ratio to become 30 to 40%, with the dividend payout ratio to be 30% or above of profit attributable to owners of parent.
As mentioned above, despite our fundamental policy of performance-based dividend payment in accordance with the Company’s business performance, should short-term profit decreases due to temporary and external factors, not because of the company’s fundamental issues, the company intends to prioritize dividend increases in terms of amount per share from the previous fiscal year. In such case, the adjustment will be made in accordance with the company’s dividend payout ratio of 30% or more, and policy of total payout ratio to shareholders of 30% to 40%.
